When I open the Microsoft Store Candy Crush Saga App, the game opens full screen while it's loading. When loading is complete, the game window snaps to smaller size window (see below). I tried the following to see if they would correct the issue, but they did not; Installed latest Windows 11 and Microsoft Store Library updates.

Tad Posts: 1 Newbie January 2019 edited January 2019 in Support This morning trying to start the Windows 10 app resulted in only a black screen. After many failed attempts, I thought to uninstall and reinstall. The download page on Microsoft store says the app is installed despite removing it and offers the option to Play.
Uploaded Feb 15, 2022 1.3 KB. With 1.21.900 update that came yesterday, my candy crush game wont load at all, it just briefly flashes on screen and doesn't load. Checking the event wiever shows dcom error in attachment. Reinstalling older version 1.21.200 (i have it as appx - microsoft store format) the game works again.
Uninstall, then install the game again; Check for available updates in Windows Update, AND in the Microsoft Store also; Use wsreset command in Command Prompt; And, finally, of course, the game is compatible with Windows 10 because it is: From Microsoft Store. Playable on other Windows 10 devices.
